Can flippers

We all encountered them at some point of our eve career.Because I  mine for the most time I meet them constantly..After a while I have plenty funny stories related to those little thieves. Here's one of them.Enjoy !

It was warm thursday evening.I'm mining some ores in belt and watching new episodes of Breaking Bad.Every now and then I'm moving the ore to a can in space to haul it later to the station. When I had about 3k m3 of ores in can I noticed something strange. There was little Kestrel orbiting around my mining barge. After a few mins of checking if i was afk he stole my ore.He was waiting for me to pick it up so he could kill me but I didn't do anything so he just warped out. After this happened I undocked from station in industrial Bestower piloted by my second account character  and parked it near my barge so I could move the ore directly to the other ship.I encountered about 10 jetcan flippers that night and nothing happened.

My face when they don't realise that Bestower was my ship and not some indy afk miner

2nd account

An example of EXTREME multiboxing in Eve
As we all know, having 2 or more accounts in Eve Online is a great idea.Setups like full dps ship+remote rep boat, main ship+looter/salvager or just 2 mission ships are a great way to cut through missions easily. At first I was very skeptical about this because of my veeeeeryyyy old battlestation.Belive it or not,it runs swiftly even with opera and foobar in the background. It proven itself useful even in mining, when one account is mining and the other one is taking stuff back to the station every now and then.Having 2nd account is a great way of maximizing your profits but only when you                                                               can afford them by buying either timecode                                                                         or  plex. That's all for today.Fly safe !

My mining career

Let's have a word about mining shall we ?
First thing that I wanted to do in eve was to mine asteroids, make tons of money on it and have fun later. What I didn't realise that it was no fun at all at the beggining.

This shrimp looking ship-Tormentor served me well.Heh actually a day or so.It was simply too little to hold all that ore that I was mining in one cycle.Going back and forth was a pain in the ass and jetissoning this ore was not an option because of can-flippers

I saved some money and I was able to buy cruiser class ship-Arbitrator.
It's a great mining ship. It's able to fit 2x miner I and 5 mining drones. With 2 cargo extenders I was finally able to make some decent money from mining. My main target to mine at that time was veldspar in 0.9 because I had nothing to guard myself from npc pirates roaming trough asteroid belts.

Then I started to train mining barges skill and I could at least fly a ship that was specifically designed for mining-Procurer.Gap between the last two was huge.Procurer had wayyy bigger cargo and mighty strip laser. It had a wild design.Way better than other barges IMO.I had this little baby for about 2 or 3 days but it was time to fly something bigger...

Retriever is my current mining ship.It has a decent cargo,2 strip lasers and 5 mining drones which makes him a great mining ship.Ehhh if only he would be a litle faster :/ ...

The Beginning

Everything has a beggining, right?
That too is the case in this situation. Truth be told, my adventure with EVE has been going on for a while now, but eventually I reached a moment when making a journal seemed like a sensible idea.
My goal is to become an elite PVP player who's name will send shivers running down spines, culminating in the shitting of hundreds of pants.
Ok, ok, not so fast, maybe:P. But my aim is determined not far from this nonetheless. For now though, to bulk up my coffers, Ima do a level 3 security mission for Caldari. This is my little beast. Fitting her out cost me over 45 million, which compared to the base price of 30 million is a LOT for me. Props going out to all my Corpsmates and Lolly.net for financial backing.
Anyway, enough ranting, here's my little beast, aint she a looker ;D
